  ♦  A ONE TIME LOCAL DISPATCH RATE of $90 applies to scheduled Service/Repair. Includes local travel time, And first half hour Setup, Diagnosis, Repairs! With any additional labor billed in 15 minute increments-At our standard $80 Per-Hour rate. An extra fee will be added for parts                                      "In some cases a return visit may be needed due to parts availability."
    
 ♦ IF MORE PARTS ARE NEEDED TO COMPLETE REPAIRS. A local area Return Trip Fee of $35 with a additional labor rate of $76 HR in 15 minute increments,Plus Parts & Shipping fee will apply *Parts ordered will be added to your bill with prior approval by Authorized Facility Representative*. And the work will be completed as soon as possible upon receiving approval and or required parts. 
       
♦ A TRAVEL CHARGE FEE WITH SCHEDULED SERVICE BEYOND OUR NORMAL LOCAL TRAVEL AREA Starts AT: $90 this covers Local travel fee and first half hour Set-Up/Service/Repair/Diagnosis, With any additional labor billed in 15 minute increments-at our standard $80 Per Hour rate.An extra fee will be added for parts.  ♦ IF YOU CHOOSE A PER HOUR SERVICE/REPAIR CONTRACT ON A RECURRING BASIS you will receive a $5 Per Hour Discount off our standard rate of $80 per hour. Also you pay only $75 instead of the standard $90 For the local travel fee and first half hour Service/Repair. Then $75 Per hour in 15 minute increments for each hour needed afterwords to perform scheduled service! Also you receive a discount on our Beyond normal local travel area fee.
 
 ♦ MULTIPLE EQUIPMENT PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE requires one of our ongoing Service Contracts,Agreements,and are priced on a case by case basis and are renewed annually,Call or E-mail with the number of units you need serviced and how Frequently you Would like this service performed.. Discounts are available for this service.

 ♦ FOR ALL OUT OF BOX,UNWRAP,INSTALL/ASSEMBLY OF LARGER EQUIPMENT from curb to set point in your Facility, A labor rate of $150 per hour applies to this service=THIS INCLUDES-TWO TECHNICIANS Dispatched from our stable to your site to complete the installation safely.
A Extra fee applies if scheduled service is outside our normal local Travel area of $40 per hour in 15 minute increments added to final fee. Our Technicians do performance Tests, And remove all trash.
  A additional fee applies if more then 2 flights of stairs are involved, Call for stairs Quote.

 ♦ LABOR RATES/COSTS FOR MULTIPLE MACHINE REMOVALS/MOVES/SET-UPS/INSTALLS & ASSEMBLIES,Depends on How much Man-Power is needed. Exercise Equipment is large and awkward & can weight over 300LBS,The Size of Trucks/Trailers needed/Size,weight of machines/How much of the machine needs to be dismantled to access doors etc/ If stairs are involved and What type of access there is and distance from truck to entry area to your Facility. Some machines can take a 1/2 hour or 4 or more hours to Disassemble or Assemble, All this plays a factor in the Service Cost.. Contact us to schedule a On-Site Survey and Price Quote. In some cases you can send Pictures of set-point area and Facility access points,Loading & Unloading area,And quantity of equipment- To receive a Minimum Quote! Note:Our Technicians do performance Tests And wipe down Equipment, And remove all trash.

 ♦ Appointments required to be conducted prior to 8AM or after 5PM Monday- Friday
will be subject to our after hours rate of $120 Per Hour For the first hour[minimum rate] This includes local travel fee and first half hour of Service/Repair, And $100 Per Hour For each additional hour thereafter Billed in 1/2 hour increments.
